Our main training location is Palm Jumeirah - Al Ittihad Park.

  • Ideal rubber track (2.6 km) for soft and safe running
  • Fully shaded in the morning buildings create continuous shade
  • Water station right on the loop, just in case
  • Easy to get to with minimal traffic. Many parking lots nearby
  • Coffee shops for recovery and team chats after runs

We evaluate your technique, previous training and analyze performance markers to suggest the right training plan

We make the best training plan

Based on scientific principles, we use the latest achievements in sports to build an efficient and safe training plan. We split preparation into periods: base, build, peak, taper, race with different workouts in each period. Apart from the long-term structure, you'll be getting a weekly detailed plan synced with your watch

We train together

Most workouts can be done with the team under the supervision of a coach. It's fun, safe, and much more effective

Team Membership

from 800 AED to 1000 AED / month

No limits, no extra fees - join any session, as often as you like. A training plan and full support is included.

1-on-1 Coaching

from 350 AED to 500 AED / session

I’m new to running. Can I join?

Absolutely. The Beginners group is for everyone. We start with easy technique drills, gentle endurance, and simple strength so you build up safely

Is there a trial session?

Yes. A trial session is 100 AED. If you join the team, this amount will be deducted from your first month’s fee. Please book in advance - trial slots are limited

What should I bring to my first session?

Running shoes and water. A small towel and watch is optional

Do I need a running watch?

Not required, but helpful for heart-rate and progress tracking. Any smartwatch works

How fast is the Beginners group?

Not fast. The group is more about the technique than speed. Run-walk is welcome

Can I switch groups later?

Of course! You'll move to Performance or Elite when you’re ready.
