Absolutely. The Level 1 group is for everyone. We start with easy technique drills, gentle endurance, and simple strength so you build up safely
Running shoes and water. A small towel and watch is optional
Not required, but helpful for heart-rate and progress tracking. Any smartwatch works

Definitely. We will assess your level, recommend a timeline to prepare. You will follow a plan, train with the team and finish the race with a strong result!
A detailed training plan (e.g. on Training Peaks, syncing with Garmin and other watches, with coach feedback) is not included by default — it’s available as an add-on at an additional price. Ask us for details.
One quality interval/speed workout, one tempo/threshold run, one long run, plus easy/recovery runs and strength
We set training zones based on your race results (pace, HR), data from the watch and feedback from workouts
Of course you can connect your watch to Strava. Also, your watch can be connected to our Training Peaks account to get the most out of the training plan
Yes, strength is an important part of the training. A coach will assess your mobility and suggest exercises if needed
We can assist with pacing plans, fueling strategy and on-site support when possible.

Classic Base → Build → Peak/Taper blocks with 7-days micro-cycles. Load, intensity and specificity adapt according to your target race
For the Performance Group the training plan is group-based with an individual touch. Fully individualized training plans are provided in the Elite Group and as an additional request
Testing is essential to set accurate zones and track progress. We use field tests (pace/HR threshold), sweat/sodium assessments, and suggest lab VO₂/lactate tests if needed
We analyze form, cadence, contact time and asymmetries, then suggest targeted drills/strength, especially in the base period
Yes. We calculate carb targets, electrolyte strategy for UAE conditions, and race-day fueling plans
