Comprehensive assessment

We start by understanding your unique situation and goals. We analyze:

  • Fitness level: current performance, race results, training history
  • Health & injuries: past injuries, limitations, recovery needs
  • Running technique: form analysis, biomechanics, efficiency improvements
  • Strength: target muscles strength, and balance
  • Lifestyle: available training time, work schedule, family commitments

Scientific periodization

Your preparation is divided into traning blocks for optimal results. We choose clasic or reversed periodization depending on your experience. Four training blocks:

  • Base: build aerobic capacity, increase mileage gradually, improve technique and efficiency, increase strength and work on your bodyweight
  • Build: we add intensity, race-specific workouts, speed training, threshold and VO2max workouts
  • Peak: fine-tune performance, maximize fitness, race preparation
  • Taper: reduce volume, maintain intensity, full recovery
  • Race: the easiest part! show your best, reach your goals and celebrate!

Detailed workouts

Every session is individually designed and includes precise pace and heart rate zones, and instructions and explanations

  • Pace zones: precise pace ranges written out for every interval and segment
  • Heart rate zones: specific HR targets based on your threshold
  • Strength exercises: filmed video explanations by the coach for proper form and technique
  • Workout types: easy runs, intervals, tempo, long runs, strength, recovery - all with detailed instructions

How long does it take to create my training plan?

After the initial assessment call, your personalized training plan is typically ready within 3-5 days. We take time to analyze your data, goals, and create a comprehensive plan tailored to you.

Do I need to train with the team in Dubai?

No, you can train on your own. However, if you're in Dubai, you're welcome to join any of our team training sessions. The plan works perfectly whether you train solo or with the team.

What equipment do I need?

A GPS watch (Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros) is recommended for tracking pace and heart rate. A heart rate monitor is highly recommended for more accurate training zones. The plan syncs with Training Peaks and most major watch brands.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan and data remain accessible, but ongoing support and plan adjustments will stop after cancellation.

What if I miss training sessions?

With the Individual Planning & Full Support package, your coach will adapt the plan based on missed sessions. For other packages, you can follow the plan's built-in flexibility guidelines.

How do I communicate with my coach?

With the Full Support package, communication happens through WhatsApp and Training Peaks. You'll receive daily feedback on your sessions and can ask questions anytime.
